I eat about 1500 (counting) calories in a day. I’m wondering if I should switch to 1400 to lose more weight…or cut down on carbs (ie: bread, pasta) but my mom won’t let me do either of these things.
Usually this is my daily food intake:
Breakfast: 1/2 slice cracked wheat toast and Reduced Fat Cheese, some fruit (approx. 150 calories)
Lunch: Diet Hansens Soda, Atkins Bar, Wheat Bagel, 2 different fruits, Nature Valley Bar (approx. 650 calories)
Snack: Fat Free Feta Cheese and some fruits, 1/2 slice cracked wheat bread, sometimes a serving of pasta on days when I have less lunch (approx.200 calories)
Dinner: Something consisting of salad, tofu, lentils, fat free cheese, soup, and cornflakes for dessert (approx. 500 calories)
Is there anything I should cut down on? My mom doesn’t think so because she think I will become really cranky all the time. And also she doesn’t want someone with an eating disorder in the house…
Oh yeah I used to be 140 lbs and lost 13 pounds on this diet. So yeah…just wondering if there’s anything else I should do to lose it faster. My goal is 110-115 pounds. I want to get to at least 118 by the end of June…can I make it?
And please, please, please no Acai Berry adds! I don’t want diet pills!

So, i’ve recently cut back on the amount of food i eat and i just want to make sure i’m getting the nutrients my body needs.
I’m 16, if it matters. So i’ve been taking the nature made multi-vitamins and i have decided to start taking fiber one and the acai berry vitamins(not diet supplements). Is this too much?

I’ve been taking the Acai Berry Formula, and I’ve lost 53 lbs. in 8-9 weeks. Now I’ve hit a plateau and I just seem to have stopped losing for 2 weeks. What do you recommend for my daily calorie/fat per day intake? I’ve been doing the fat/day.

okayy so heres the deal
im 5′6” and currently weigh 128
i wanna lose weight
but i eat alot when im bored
and eat fast so it takes a while to figure out when im full
i always try dieting but i never find enough commitment to continue
can someone help me find an easy diet to commite to, an excersise plan would also be appreciated

acai berry 500… has anyone tried this new form of diet?? I know it’s a pill that you take, but i was wondering if it really does help or if i’m wasting time on this one. From what i’ve seen and read about it it seems like it would work along w/ what i’m already doing, but i was just wondering if anyone has or is on it/tried it… i’ve got my bestfriends wedding jan 24 and need to lose 20 lbs by then!!! help

ok so my best friend just started this diet thing she found from the internet that some girl named rachel figured out and wanted to share with everyone….its where you drink this acai berry drink that gives you energy and take this pill called Total Cleanse, which supposedly cleans your colons and takes inches off your waist from doing so…she’s always trying all these internet diets and crap and im really getting worried..and yes she’s very self conscious about herself thats why she always is but anyways i really wanna know about this diet idea, is it healthy or not? shes 15 and her mom doesnt know shes doing it..any answers?

Ok so i want to buy more clothes, and I am thinking that by the time I get my w2 forms back and get in to H&R Block, it will be around that time, what diet can i use and excersise to loose lets say about 10-15 pounds? Or should I try the acai Berry?

1. a diet supplement (thinkin of doin acai berry plus colon cleanse)
2. walkin around my building for 10 mins then walkin up and down stairs for 5 -10 mins
3. eat fruits n veggies and meats like chicken and turkey and some seafood )
i cant use a fat burner cuz im scared cuz it has side effect and i have heart problem
