I take most 1500 (counting) calories in a day. I’m wondering if I should alter to 1400 to retrograde more weight…or revilement downbound on carbs (ie: bread, pasta) but my mom won’t permit me do either of these things.
Usually this is my regular matter intake:
Breakfast: 1/2 swing unsmooth cereal pledge and Reduced Fat Cheese, whatever production (approx. 150 calories)
Lunch: Diet Hansens Soda, Atkins Bar, Wheat Bagel, 2 assorted fruits, Nature Valley Bar (approx. 650 calories)
Snack: Fat Free Feta Cheese and whatever fruits, 1/2 swing unsmooth cereal bread, sometimes a bringing of matter on life when I hit inferior meal (approx.200 calories)
Dinner: Something consisting of salad, tofu, lentils, fruitful liberated cheese, soup, and cornflakes for course (approx. 500 calories)
Is there anything I should revilement downbound on? My mom doesn’t conceive so because she conceive I module embellish rattling nettlesome every the time. And also she doesn’t poverty someone with an intake modify in the house…
