i’m probably fine with every other part of my body…EXCEPT MY TUMMY. i want to get a flat tummy before school starts. i started running a mile a day, but is that enough? also i would like to maybe slim my legs down a bit. any tips, advice, stories?
btw; i’m already eating healthy so i don’t need stuff like that.

Will These Exercises Help Me Shift Weight?

im a good diet of around 1400 Cal’s a day, im wondering if by doing 30Min’s high intensity on a cross trainer and 30Min’s on an exercise bike 5days a week will shift that last stone. On my days off i will weight train, and do light walking with the dog and baby, no silly answers please!!(full time mum, so running,gym etc is out of the question), o and also im not interested in diet pills acai berry and all other silly fad diets!! many thanks xx

Wii Fit And Weight Loss?

I just turned 13 and I’m 188.2 lbs and i would like to lose 60 – 70 lbs by May 2010. I just got a Wii Fit for my b-day and ive started using it, im on day two and im trying to eat healthy but my whole family is big and i have no say of what goes in the buggy and when i try to say thats fatting, they say, ohh, its only one thing, get over yourself, your not fat. and my grandma keeps telling me i need to lose my belly, and your fat. its mean and i want to lose this weight to show everyone at school and my family that i can lose this weight. Help plz, i try to eat healthy so….. please. BTW, im a girl and im 5′ 8″ish and i use wii fit every day from 30 to 60 mmin. tell me what is a healthy diet, no acai berry crap, no calorie counting, if i shoulld use the wii fit longer, if i should walk and for how long, and how much you think i could lose if i followed what you answered by my deadline. Which Is Better? Strength Training Every Other Day With Huge Appetite, Or 2x A Week With Normal Appetite?

I started working out about a month ago and I gained a lot of muscle. People comment that I put on muscle soooo easily.
I first started out working out every other day but I’m worried about actually gaining a lot of body fat since my appetite is double than when I’m not working out.
If I strength train once or twice a week instead of every other day, my appetite is more controllable. I only get a ravenous appetite the day and the day after I work out.
I’m constantly ravenous if I work out every 48 hours.
Which is better for fat loss and maintenance? I’d rather work out more since it feels so good but I’m worried about gaining fat. I’m not worried about gaining muscle though.
Additional information, I work with exercise bands at one of the highest tensions and I do 80 reps of many arm exercises. I work out for about an hour.
Please NO ANSWERS ABOUT ACAI BERRY OR ANY OTHER DIET PILL. Acai berry spam will be REPORTED.

Can Anybody Recommend Some Effective Calorie Burning Excercises I Can Do At Home?

Hi, I’m trying to lose a little bit of weight, but everything I try doesn’t seem to be producing results! I’m getting a little angry about it. It doesn’t even look like I’m losing weight! All I want to lose is like 15 pounds. That is all.
Can anybody recommend some calorie burning exercises I can do at home without the aid of diet pills, acai berries, workout equipment and basically anything else I’d have to buy?
I don’t care how intense the workout is, just tell me what to do! Be specific about it as well. I just need something that produces results.
