do a search on High Intensity Interval Training. Its known as HIIT or guerilla cardio...
Apply what you read to a full body excercise using any object you can grab and lift over your head several times..
I know you don't have this but these are just examples of what I use..
Kettle bell, 45 lb dumbell, 45 lb weight plate, .
You can use a landscaping rock, or any object that weighs about 20 lbs or so.
Start from a squat position with the object on the ground between your legs, which are spread about shoulder width or a little wider apart.
Explode up with your legs, bringing the weight over your head... bring it down and to the ground again, same starting position. Repeat for about 30 seconds or 15 reps. Rest for 30 seconds and start again.
Intensity is the key.
Another option is wind sprints/jogging using the HIIT principles. YOu can get a fat burning work out in under 20 minutes.
