Here is the best and fasstest way to do it
Drink water 8-10 glasses a day including one tall glass in the morning (very important)
Eat fruits for breakfast
walk 3 days a week for an hour a day
eat dinner 4-5 hours before bed
start eating slower, it will help get full faster
Also eat 10 servings of catabolic foods a day, these foods literally burn calories and fat...heres a list to the article i wrote and a list of catabolic foods for you to choose from

It sounds like you have an OK plan, but I'd like to make a few suggestions, having lost over 100 lbs myself.
First, you don't want to cut out all fat. You need some fats. I don't generally eat fatty foods in my diet, but I do take flax oil and fish oil capsules. 2 of each a day is adequate, and it will help you to not crave fatty foods.
Second, you should combine cardio with strength training. Building muscle is good. Muscle burns calories all day long. You don't have to bulk up to have a healthy amount of muscle. You can do long-distance running and build lean muscle.
Also, you shouldn't go below 1000 calories a day. Your body needs fuel to operate even the basic functions. To lose weight, 1200 calories a day is perfectly healthy, and when you're eating the right stuff you can eat a lot and get 1200 calories. Not once during my weight loss have I felt like I was starving myself. You shouldn't let yourself feel really, really hungry. It's about keeping your blood sugar constant. That means 5 or so small meals a day- about 200 to 300 calories each. That keeps your engines burning all day long so you don't get sluggish. You'll have a lot more constant energy, plus you burn calories just by digesting food.
If you're really interested I've got a forum. I've lost weight and I'm looking to help others do what I've done, including going back to college to get my degree. Since I haven't done that yet, all I have is a message board. Soon I will have before/after photos up so people can see my results.
If you've got any other questions, feel free to ask.

1...100 lbs is way too much for someone of your height to lose...you'll look like a 3rd world refugee
2...eating when only hungry is a STUPID idea
at this point your body has already started to digest itself
3...search "John Berardi" and read EVERYTHING you can by the man, and YES he does know more about nutrition than you...hey if you're really interested invest in "precision nutrition" as you apparently DON'T know as much as you think about nutrition....sorry to dissapoint
4...some basic advice?
stop drinking...if you do injest alcohol
limit yourself to ONE black coffee a day if you do drink it
Drink as much Tea(black)/water as you want....but stay Hydrated(meaning your pee is clear)
EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST....and YES you do have time
Eat 3 Meals a day(with veggies and fruits at each and protein)
Eat 3 snacks a day(meaning a banana/apple/some cottage cheese)
Your day should look like the following
Wake up
Eat a breakfast thats both high in carbs and protein
have a snack
Lunch
snack
supper
snack
The breakdown should be that your getting less carbs in meals and snacks as the day goes on
If you're drinking ANYTHING thats carbonated STOP....I dont care what it is...even it its 0 calories...its bad for you
Eat 1-2 cheat meals a week, this wont hurt your weight loss goal in fact it'll probably help
when shopping you now shop on the outer 'U' of the grocery store with all the fruits/veggies/meat, and no longer in the middle with the grains/diet junk/whatever
4...Distance running SUCKS for losing weight
Cardio should look more like the following
first get a watch with a stop watch feature
Mon: Sprints
20 MInutes total
Sprint 5 seconds
jog/walk 55 seconds
and if you're actually pushing yourself during the sprint portion that will be enough
week two add 5 seconds to the sprint and take 5 from the jog
keep doing this until you , reach a 30:30 split then add a minute to the total time and start the process again
Wednesday: hill Sprints
Find a Hill
Sprint up it as fast as you can
Repeat 8 times
next week
repeat 9 times
and so on
Friday: distance run
run as far as possible in 40 minutes
5...Weights
Search Chad Waterbury...as his workouts are very good for body recomposition work
Read EVERYTHING you can by him...and YES he knows more than you or your stupid friends that may give you contradicting advice
especially "bodybuilding's next fronteir"
6...PUT EFFORT IN
Guess What
The weight did NOT just appear on overnight (as most people believe) but it came from years of abusing yourself
