Ok, so im gonna go on a diet.
I requirement tips, if i matter 160 and am 5″4 how such should i intend to retrograde in 2 months?
How crapper i fasting without my parents knowing?
Any tips on how some calories i should eat.
Im gonna do same training for an distance in my shack every period but i requirement tips same training tips or stuff.
I Just requirement support or a organisation or something, not a fasting but same tips?
Btw, my bmi is 27.25 (according to the wii fit) is that bad?
I springy with my mam n papa so i can’t rattling do some clamorous training :) i spose i could go jogging, i springy incoming to a Brobdingnagian wildlife lake :)

Why would your parents be mad if you want to exercise and eat healthier. In my experience if you do a good short term detox like for one day it could give you a headstart and then have a good healthy eating plan. There is a eating plan and a detox plan on this website.
Infact get your parents to start eating healthy and exercising if they dont already. Since I dont know how old you are and what your medical history is its hard to give you a diet plan…but the general rule is stay away from white foods like white bread, sugars, instead have whole grain foods, oats etc etc. Stay away from saturated fats and have healthy fats like olive oil or mono/poly unsaturated. Eat and juice fresh fruits and vegetables.

Try to eat healthy. Replace junk food with fruits and veggies, and eat no more than 1500 calories a day. A daily workout routine is good also and try to go jogging 3-5 times a week also. Burning more calories than you take in is the key to losing weight :D
and yeah 27.25 is overweight (18-24 is healthy)

Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
take a multivitamin at night

I am 5′5 1/2 and weigh 115 pounds, so I would say you should aim to lose about 40 or so? Dieting is hard if you don’t want your parents to know. I would suggest just telling the you want to start eating more healthy foods. I bet they will be supportive and even buy some for you. Stay away from pop drinks, sugar and fast food. The running idea is great, and matched with some sit ups will help. 27.25 is pretty high. Over 30 is considered obese, so try to get it down. Good luck!
