Diet Plan- Advice Pleaseee 10 Points?

Hey :) . I’m fifteen and unhappy with my weight.My hip/waist measurement is 91cm. I’ve thought about diets and tried a few in the past that I have stopped doing purely because I couldn’t keep to them. I’ve devised a new plan, and I just wanted some advice on what you think.
I DO NOT want to hear about; acai berry or any other pills you have discovered.
I am currently taking Lipobind. I am not overusing it I am taking the right amount so please don’t judge or lecture me about that. I know the consequences but Lipobind is a legal weight tablet that doesn’t promise fast weight loss, so I know it is safe..
This is my regime!
Daily Calorie Max Intake: 1000 kcal
Sunday 05/07/09
Breakfast – 1 Bowl of Just Right Kellogg’s cereal (cornflakes with fruit in) Calories – 204.
Milk- 30 calories
Then i take 2 Lipobind tablets. (btw, if you don’t know they help break down the fat in your meal and help you get rid of up to 27% of the fat in the meal and can reduce up to 150kcal)
Snacking-
only fruit.
today i had 16 strawberries – calories = 36kcal
Dinner.
Cajun chicken salad.
1 Roasted breast w.out skin- 284 kcal
Salad =24 kcal
after dinner i take 3/4 tablets
Total kcal =548 kcal !
Throughout the day drinking pepsi max + then water.
I’m really happy with the amount of kcal im intaking.
My dinners throughtout the week are planned all of them are-
cajun chicken salad
spaghetti bolognaise(homemade,without the sauce)
tuna cheese pasta
tuna egg salad
bbq chicken salad
salmon salad
tuna salad again.
Exercise – i walk about 3 miles every week day :)
how much weight do you think i will lose on this?

My only suggestion would be that you need to eat a lunch. Eating more throughout the day raises your metabolism. If you don’t want to eat a lunch then you need to add some protein to your snack.

The racial innuendos in this exhibit are completely sickening, although at several times the stereotypes and racist humor is thrown perfect out there for you. You’d expect to see a stir of controversy about this exhibit inside media inside weeks to appear, that’s when they’ve free time between the a lot more serious issues planning on inside world, although you didn’t see considerably brought up within the past about the rape jokes in Family Man.
