It doesn’t boost your weight loss…it cleans out the build up on your colon walls from years of poor diet…you will lose prolly 5-10 lbs, but you won’t see it on the outside…but it is a nice self esteem BOOST and makes you work out even harder.
I use one every 3 months and it’s amazing even with a helathy diet how much build up there can be.

I have had the same issue. working out and dieting but yeah you want something to cleanse your colon and you can lose some extra weight. They sell some natural pills to help you go to the restroom and also try to eat a little bit of prunes. I also tried Philiips and it worked but it took a few days to kick in. You want to do it as natural as possible so try to find some foods that will also help.

They don’t boost anything. It works on the same concept as purging (puking) or by sweating the weight off. The colon cleansing pills will give you diarrhea and you’ll lose more liquids. You will put yourself at risk for dehydration and possibly even malnutrition. Your body will not be fully absorbing all the nutrients from your foods cause everything will just run through you. Working out while taking the pills will only strain your body and probably result in you getting injured.
My personal belief is that diets are bull. When people want to lose weight they want visual weight loss, not numerical weight loss on a scale. If you’re already working out then you’ll be fine in no time. If you’re doing the right exercises the odds are you will see results in a month. You can’t rush it, if you do you’ll only delay yourself in the long run.

I have tried thousand of weight loss products, the key to any weight loss program that it won’t work without is cardio. I have tried several different colon cleansing products, some of them make you nauseous, others just make me poop more.
However though my search I have found one product that absolutely phenomenal results. However if you hoping to lose 100 pounds my next week through some snake oil product than this is not for you. The other thing is you have to take it everyday, don’t skip a beat with a deit and exercise plan you can easily lose 5-10 pounds of actual body fat.
My doctor recommended it to me because I had IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) I wanted to treat it naturally, because IBS medications are harsh, and I only had a mild case. I have been on the treatment plan I have lost about 50 pounds in the pat two months. I actually have a six pack now I’m hoping to lose more in time for spring
Why not check it out, it does make you poop alot but you loose alot of body fat off you thighs and belly.

Devon, I just got this purity 12 in and am about to start it. I’m really glad you asked this question, I want to know if it works also. It’s a free trial thing so if I find out people are saying it doesn’t work I can just send it back today.
