It’s just expensive fruit juice.
It has the same dietary properties as apple or grape juice.
You’ll just starve yourself for a while because you aren’t eating any food. Then when you are finished with starving yourself, your mind will trigger your body to gorge itself to build up a fat reserve. So you’ll just end up gaining more weight.
