Excercise And Diet—–how Fast I Can Reduce My Weight?
Posted by admin | Under acai berry diet Saturday Dec 5, 2009I’m 5’5 inches tall, 30years and a mom of two kids son-aged 5 and daughter aged-11 month and I weigh 77 kgs.I wish to reduce at least another 10 kgs in the next six months. I had bought a treadmill on March 11th and started walking on it daily from March 12th at a speed of 3.5mph for 45 minutes. I have noticed that I cover a distance of 2.4 and burn calories of 140.I found jogging so tiresome for me, so I prefer walking. I am a south Indian and my daily food intake is as follows:
Breakfast – 2 medium sized dosa with a 250ml of sambar+1 cup black coffee.
Lunch – white small grain rice 2 cup with yoghurt or dal or sambar(250 ml)+cabbage or beans dry with grated coconut(2 tbsp)+ 2 sardine fried in sunflower oil
Snacks – some time two bread slices with black coffee
Dinner – two chapatti with 250gms pulses curry.
Water – I drink 1.5 to 2 liters water daily
If I’m following this exercise and food intake routine when I can notice reasonable weight loss? Also I had recently found on net that acai berry tabs are helpful in losing weight. Is it available in uae? Taking weight loss tabs are healthy? I hope I will get a favorable reply.

but you should understand that indian woman get much weight after delivery which is not easy to reduce as there are many hormonal changes take place.
you must also not forget that you have great responsibility of your family and as you have written your daughter is 11 months old you may be feeding her.
if you do not get proper diet as well as all the essential components such as calcium, iron, minerals, calories etc. you wiil be lacking what are required and ultimately you as well as whole family will suffer.
so continue as per you routine and forget foe sometime about your weight and think about loosing weight after six months
even then for loosing weight you must consult a good doctor/dietician.

you have to change your diet a little bit. like changing sunflower oil to olive oil. and coconuts very high and not necesary nutrient in it.if you like coconut taste cook your food in virgin unrefined coconut oil actually very good oil.you will find it in healthfood stores.and add a lots of fruits and veggies.(fresh as possible).dont eat packaged or processed food.also protein is great snack instead of that 2 slice of bread.like 2 boiled eggs or slice of turkey or lean meat.and green tea is so good for burning fat in your body.replace any soda or coffee to a green tea.and keep going.acai is great.take it.also oolong tea ,its a kind of green tea,go to wu-yi tea and you’ll find out.good luck to you.
everything seems to be good in this diet plan i would like u to cut out the grated coconut from your lunch as it leads to bad cholesterol.u should also consider eating some sprouted pulses and green salads which is a natural way of losing weight.And yes the acai berry is a good superfood which helps u lose the cholestrol,improves ur digestion and also makes u lose some weight.I dont know whether it is available in the uae but u must consider searching for it to complement ur great diet plan
