I am 5′5″ and 135.
I hit to be downbound to most 120 or 115 in the incoming 31 life exactly.
How crapper I do this?
Seriously this is rattling important. I module do anything! Sucess stories?
and im not doing diet pills or acai berry!

Hey im on a diet right now because i have to fit in my wedding dress by april 15…i needed to lose about 10 pounds and now im losing to much…I can have 1/2 a grapefruit in the morning, a boiled egg for a snack, tuna for lunch with 4 crackers they have to be wheat, and for dinner i can have a hamburger patty, grilled fish, or grilled chicken…and lots of veggies, absolutely no bread, potatoes, cheese or sweets…but i have 1 candy bar a week…if you stick to this diet and work out you will drop weight like no other and it will also stay off once you get off the diet as long as you take care of yourself. You also can have 2 tbsp of ranch or ketchup or mustard, bbq sauce for your hamburger patty or veggies or whatever you want to put it on.

20 pounds in 30 days is hardcore, but it can be done. Before I say anything, I feel obligated to say this. Losing that much weight at once is not healthy. I’ve lost 10 pounds in the last 2 1/2 weeks and I feel dizzy and lightheaded a lot, have chest pains, and can barely manage to exercise because I’m tired/exhausted. It’s not fun.
If you’re going to do it anyway, hopefully you’ll do it as safely as possible.
1. Drink A LOT of water. Like 10 -12 eight ounce glasses a day, minimum. If not, you’ll get dehydrated and die before you ever reach that 20 pound weight loss.
2. Take a multivitamin that includes enough calcium and potassium. You don’t want to get osteoporosis or a heart attack. Yes, lack of potassium = heart attack.
3. There are different ways you can do this, but they all involve unhealthy eating. You can either do some type “starvation diet” like 2468 (day 1, you eat 200 calories, day 2 you eat 400 calories, day 3 you eat 600 calories, day 4 you eat 800 calories, day 5, you fast. Then, you start again) or keep your calories really low in general (under 500) and exercise. Sound easy? It’s not. You’re going to have to fight through hunger pains, fatigue, among other things.
Why do you have to lose 15 – 20 pounds? You could easily lose about 10 – 12 pounds by exercising for an hour a day and eating 1200 -1400 calories a day, no starvation necessary. I think that’s much better. You don’t want to get trapped in this cycle like me.

The Atkins Diet
I don’t recommend the Atkins diet for long term weight loss but it sounds as though you are wanting to be thinner for a special event so Atkins diet is the way to go. There are different stages to the atkins diet but if you stay within the first two stages you can lose a significant amount of weight. People can lose up to 14 pounds in the first two weeks. I have done it and so has my boyfriend. My BF dropped weight like crazy and he kept it off for a few years until he gained the weight back this last year. I lost 12 pounds in my first two weeks, and I lost 25 pounds in the first month…Anyhow, If you do not know what the atkins diet is I suggest doing a google search or going to Atkins.comhttp://www.atkins.com/Program/FourPhases…
Basically you only eat meats, eggs, cheese, veggies, salads.. No SUGARS and No CARBS and this includes no fruit….
The four phases will explain more…. If you stick to it for 31 days you will be SKINNY…the hard part is sticking to it……

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
Take a multi vitamin at night

6 small meals a day, 30 minute of cardio and 2 hour lift every day, sundays off, tada you will be in great shape. Especially in 30 days
