Flat Tummmy Please And Thank You!?

Hi. I am a 15 year old girl 5′5” and 130 pounds. i would really like to lose 3-5 pounds and reaally tighten, tone, and flatten my stomach (lower stomach especially) within the next 2-3 weeks. i’m already pretty active and i eat well. i want more of an exercise plan rather than a diet plan please.
and pleaseee no acai berry or pre-made answers!!! (seriously!!) thanks!

i am also 15 and about the build as you, so these result will probably be about the same for you… this past summer i was looking for a good way to get a flatter stomach, without starving myself or anything like that.
i tried this new exercise plan and within a few weeks i was definitely noticing a difference! here’s what i did:
-russian twist, side to side (x30)
-bicycle (x40)
-star crunches (x20) …these are hard, it’s where you bring your legs up to touch your elbows when you do your sit ups. they work sosososo well though!
-*plank* (for 1.5 min or however long you want)
-side to side situps (x30)
you can repeat all that twice a day if you’re really in a hurry, but i stretched it out over about a month and now my abs are noticeably stronger and more defined.
it may sound like a lot of work but it only takes like less than 10 minutes per day. Good Luck!! :)

You can lose weight if you did right method. I tried many method, but could not lose weight. I found the best method that works just amazing for anyone. Do weight lifting and build muscle. That will raise your metabolism and help your body burn fat naturally. Also, don’t eat fattening foods and eat more vegetables and fruits.
