Hi, I’d recommend gradually working your way up on the cardio. I’d ay up to about 4 miles a day. On the legs you can go to the gym and do some leg press. You can also do some squats they work your glutes but they can also tone your thighs. The tummy, I wont recommend anything to extreme. But look up a few diff crunches, set goals and gradually work up to say 40 crunches of a few diff variants. You’ll have a toned tummy but you wont get so defined that it’d be a turn off.

Stop running for a mile! Instead, sprint for 100 metres, walk for 100 metres, sprint for 100 metres, walk for 100 metres etc etc.. OR find a steep hill and sprint up it, walk down it, sprint up it etc etc.. These exercises really do sh1t on endurance running. The reason being? Well when you run for a mile your body is never really working, sure its working but you’l know what i mean when you start sprinting up a steep hill, when you sprint up a hill your muscles are working out hard.
Skipping will also help
I know you said your eating healthy but make sure your eating 5-6 small healthy meals a day, Very important for your metobolism

the more you exersise, the more you might eat, and the bigger your stomach will be. just think anorexic. pine away. just subsist on black coffee and tea. even cream and sugar might make you fat. eat like an orange for breakfast, coffee for lunch, chicken pot pie for dinner. suck on hard candys. if you run a mile a day, you will become a big strong athletic woman with large buttocks and thighs, and a bloated stomach.
Pilates works really good! I do 2 videos every night and i have a little girly six pack going on.
Keep running. At least 2 miles a day =)

What kind of core work are you doing? Crunches, planks leg lifts and such will strengthen the abs Also interval training is real good. jog then sprint for 30 seconds, jog another minute, another 30 second sprint. you can play with the numbers, that will take the fat off.

What works for me is everything you are doing now I do the same but the thing that really works is cutting out pop and other fluids instead drink lots of water. Hope this helped.
