i want to know some good start off for exercises and food for a start and then gradually make my way to fully exercises and fully good foods any good starts?..and also did anybody ever take acai berry?..if so did u get good results?…i want to lose around 60 pounds..I’m taking this very seriously
Depending on how overweight you are, you can exercise in intervals.
For example if you want to exercise 60 minutes each day.
You can break it up into 3 sessions of 20 minutes.
Which can be something like walking, jogging, running, cycling, jump rope, etc
Make goals for yourself.
&Keep a log book of your improvments and achievments.
Lastly, for dieting, you probablly know whats good & whats not good for you. No soda, No fast food and Hardly any candy.
Strong cravings for sugar is a sign of overtraining
Which means your working out too hard.
Which in your mind may be a good or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it.
Also, eating 6 small meals instead of 3 large meals is important.
Large meals stretch our your stomach making you feel hungrier then what you truely need.
At first, you will feel really hungry, but in 3 days or less you will adjust to it and you will feel great!
In my opinion, don’t take acai berry. If it really does work, why take the easy way out? You’ll see results but will you truely feel accomplished of anything? Taking a supplement?
But i doubt it really does work.
Good luck!
