if your looking to lose anything more than 5 lbs in a week, then you have only a few options. 1. Lypo. 2. PUKE IT UP. 3. starve yourself. 4. run cardio for 4 hours every day. 5. give up.
If you want to lose weight there is no magical quick fix, it takes time and the ability to have control.
Heres a quick guide to losing FAT/lbs
Stop eating crappy food, eat healthy food, eat roughly every 2-4 hours, but don’t have any large meals, small healthy snacks, like a chicken breast, turkey sandwhich (2 pieces wheat bread, 4 slices deli turkey thats all) oatmeal in the morning, go to barnes and nobles and look in a fitness magazine and write down the meal plan. Do cardio, 30 minutes a day isgood, every other day is fine too, workout. while muscle weighs more than fat, when you have more muscle you burn fat a lot quicker, muscle also looks better than all the extra lard hanging off of you. If you want some assistance, go to walmart, for $25 you can get a bottle of lipo6 so far it seems to be working for me, just follow the directions.

A tip to losing weight. It is a lifestyle not a last second dicision. You wan’t to look nice and be healthy, start ahead of time. Presuming your metabolism is fast enough, you could go on a cleanser, eat like an apple or something every two hours to keep food in your stoumach, and walk/jog or bike for half an hour to an hour and a half a day.
