Has My Diet Been Good So Far Today? (weight Loss)?

granola with remove milk, a banana, a render of water
Lunch:
a bottleful of water, acai berry humour and digit example of multigrain pledge with all-natural youngster butter
Supper:
whole foodstuff rice with low-sodium soja sauce, naif and flushed peppers, carrots and a render of water.
Dessert:
apple


Yes very good, keep it up for the rest of the week. Just remember to drink tons of water, and exerciise for at least 30 mins.
damn.. I wish I was a vegetarian. lol. I eat meat, a lot.
But, actually that does sound good so far. I myself am trying to lose weight.
