How Can I Lose Weight And….more Details Inside?

When I was little I was pretty skinny. Now I’m somewhat (not a lot) overweight. I do sports and I have started eating a lot better and drinking lots of water. I want to get back to being skinny! Right now I am 16 years old, weigh 189lbs. and 5′10″. Can someone please give me a diet plan (step by step) to lose about 30-40 pounds by December 2009. I’m willing to work out hard, but I can’t afford a workout published workout program at the moment. Please give me some step by step ideas on how to lose weight and get back to my skinny body.

And please no Acai berry or diet pills cause I want a permanent lifestyle change, not a temporary fix that will cause me to gain twice as much weight back once I stop taking the pills. Thanks! :)

you seem to have it already. all you need to do is work out every day, at least 4 times a week, and eat only healthy foods… work out for an hour or two every day, and don’t eat more than 2400 calories per day.
also, you can track your progress on a website called “the daily plate”. it’s really cool, I just started using it and I love it.
