How Do I Lose About 15-20 Pounds In A Month?

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs
A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….

If man made it, don’t eat it
NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 20.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

Haha , u hate those scammer too as much as i do. I dont think u can lose 15 – 20 lbs after 1 month but these advice are from my experience and u can check it.

The only way to loose weight fast is to raise your metabolism, to burn more fat. not to starve yourself because your body is very intellident, it can detect when you are lack of calories from food and makes u feel sleepy to restore calories for the body.
Eat negative calories or high fiber food: Asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, lettuce & zucchini. Because these food require a lot of calories to digest so in return the more you eat the more calories you can burn without doing anything. You can use some sugar or fried them with a little bit of oil, its ok. Because to lose weight u need to eat things that at least tasty for you. Not boil boil boil thing all the time.
Fruits that are good for you are apple, grapefruit ( as much as possible , no harm ) or any other type of citrus like pomelo or orange.
Eat many small meals rather than 2 or 3 big meals. Because if u do so you will get your body to work all the time to digest the food and it will keep your body digestion up => burn more calories.
Drink a lot of green tea. Good for your health, delicious and high antioxident. Not only for weight loss but also for better looking skin.
Go to sauna or swimming, dogwalking if ur lazy. Keep yourself active even when ur lazy
Spicy food help boost metabolism.
Eat more fish and beef, mincemeat . if you eat chicken dont eat the skin.
Drink omega 3 fish oil supplement to have better concentration and memory, and omega 3 fish oil helps the body to prevent restore fat.

Be active always to loose weight, I only lose 8 lbs in the last 5 weeks but im very happy. I dont have to suffer anything at all.
Remember except for fish oil that is good for you, dietary supplement is not mandatory if you eat healthily and exercise regularly.
