How Do I Lose Weight Without Dieting?

Besides streaming or jogging, how do I retrograde weight, and ownership soured the fling food, but no another food. I poverty to burn fat, but I don’t undergo how, which excercise, likewise jogging, or walking, crapper I defect embody fat? Also feat on a dulcify diet. Note I’m fifteen, I don’t poverty ACAI berries! Thank you.

hey buddy, im 16 just turned. since you dont like that stuff..
just drink lots of green tea, to burn solid fat around your belly. and eat lots of red peppers to raise your metabolism. lay off the junk food,
i have been working out for about a month everyday,
i been getting more ripped in the upperbody… just by lifting weights. lifting weights for 1 hour burns the same amount of calories as running 6.0mph for 30 mins
just go to the gym where all the hot girls go. and show off… all i do:)

Anything that works up a sweat from prolonged physical activity will do. If you don’t like jogging, then walking, cycling, swimming, aerobics classes, or most sports so long as you keep moving will do. You need to keep it up for 40 minutes or more, most days of the week.
I would however urge you to rethink your eating. Walking for an hour burns about 300 calories (depends on the terrain, speed, and your weight), but it’s so easy to over eat by 300 calories (or even by 1000 calories or more) in a single meal that it’s not something you can afford to ignore.

Ya you need to eat, Fruits, Vegetables, and organic foods.
Food is only half the fight.
Don’t be lazy and do workout.
If you don’t do any effort you won’t see any results.
Don’t expect weight to just melt off without any effort.

never stay home, go to places where there is no food, go to church, singing helps you, reading is good, listen to classical music, and remember you have to have some sugar and some salty foods, here is what happened to my aunt…..she ate only water cooked food and very little, for many years, when she turned 40 the doctors found out she is sick, she had bone cancer, then she wanted to eat but could not……

Best ways to lose weight.
The right foods & a sport.
Ill start with activity first but really, food is a bigger deal than working out will ever be, no matter what anyone tells you. You can lose weight & never work out just by changing the SOURCE of the food you eat.
Find a sport you really like to do. I absolutely hate hate hate working out, but I can play racquetball, soccer, etc for hours. Check out a YMCA, or look into some club teams.
Just whatever you do, it should be something you like to do. You shouldn’t even be thinking about losing weight while you are doing this activity, whatever you choose.
Food.
Unfortunately, i am almost a conspiracy theorist when it comes to food. Even stuff you think is “healthy” is really just stuff that has been altered to the point that it isn’t bad for you, but it really doesn’t help you. FDA approval doesn’t mean anything. Any food from Walmart at all is not going to help you. The quality is terrible.
Just personal experience, at my house, my brother had a friend stay with us for several months. he lost 20 pounds just eating the food we served him, because of it’s quality. We purchase eggs & milk directly from a local farm, and we order kerrigold butter. (awesome stuff).
You probably have a farm like this near you, its just they are hard to find. The farmer we get ours from won’t advertise because he wouldn’t be able to handle the customer pressure.
Best of all, these foods sources are only a little bit more expensive than the stuff from the store. So its not like we buy fancy shmancy stuff. oh ALWAYS make sure whatever meat you eat is grassfed. this is absolutely essential. this makes a HUGE difference. If you want something that will convince you, rent the documentary “King Corn”. you’ll never want to eat stuff from the store again…. Thats all i got. Best

Do not make yourself throw up please. You will eventually die after a couple of years. Your eyes will become baggy, your throat hurts after time, and it will become a habit. One of my best friends died from that. To this day I still go to her grave and ask her why she was so stupid enough to do that. So here is what I would do if I were you: Eat 4 or 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. Eat fruit that you like, cut off of the butter and peanut butter. Instead if eating regular milk, drink low fat milk. That will help a lot.

Cardio burns fat. Eat healthy and do something 30-60 minutes a day that gets your heart rate up, like dancing, swimming, biking, skiing, rock climbing or basketball etc and you’re set.

you can try swimming. it burns many calories and is good for your muscles. you can also try sit ups to get some abs and burn some of that belly fat. or you can also try sit ups to work on your pectorals.

Every one admits that modern life is very expensive, however we need money for various things and not every person gets big sums cash. So to get good credit loans and just bank loan will be a proper solution.
