Many people have been scammed.
It has less antioxidants than many other fresh berries available locally.
Antioxidants are beneficial but do not aid weight loss.
They advise diet and exercise and it is this that does the work.
There are no magical berries from the Brazilian rainforest that cure obesity. Claims are unproven, evidence is anecdotal, antioxidants are beneficial, but do not aid weight loss.
The diet ‘bloggers’ are just a mirage. Their weight loss is courtesy of Photoshop, not acai.
Type in acai and spam
If you bought the products online watch your card balance. Some have had to cancel cards to stop money being deducted by a company they cannot contact.

The acai berry is as effective as drinking other high antioxidant juices and has the fat burning power of green tea, but if you’re looking for fast weight loss, from this only, you will probably be disappointed.
The best way to get fast results, would be to eat a raw vegetable and fruit diet with some lean meat (including fish and chicken). Cut out carbohydrates (bread), sugar and fast food of any kind and you will lose the weight quickly.
