Breakfast: <325 cals
after breakfast-
excersice:
jogging 2/3 instance and streaming 1/3 instance for 30 transactions on grinder (add fivesome transactions every hebdomad and a half)
jumprope for cardinal minutes
as some crunches as possible
20 lunges
20 squats
facial excercise
lunch: <350 cals
dinner (3 hours before bottom time):<400 cals
no fling matter ,except a diminutive impact erst a hebdomad <250 cals.
how some nowadays a hebdomad should i excercise? how such module i matter by then,if i fasting and if i excerise the # of nowadays a hebdomad you told me?( i poverty to be at small 105, if possible)
