i want to lose weight and tone my body effectively.
i’m 5′3 and a half, 116-120 pounds,and 13 years old. i want to lose fat mainly on my stomach, face, and butt.
i have until August 24th and i’m starting tomorrow.
Daily schedule:
Breakfast: <325 cals
after breakfast-
excersice:
jogging 2/3 time and running 1/3 time for 30 minutes on treadmill (add five minutes every week and a half)
jumprope for fifteen minutes
as many crunches as possible
20 lunges
20 squats
facial excercise
lunch: <350 cals
dinner (3 hours before bed time):<400 cals
no junk food ,except a small treat once a week <250 cals.
how many times a week should i excercise? how much will i weigh by then,if i diet and if i excerise the # of times a week you told me?( i want to be at least 105, if possible)
and please no acai berry ads or anything like that.
