Your didn’t ruin everything just one meal. You need to learn to give yourself a break and compliment yourself on how well you did for the previous 2 weeks. Keep watching what you eat and exercising. You just had one bad meal don’t let it ruin your diet/exercise plan just because of 1 little slip up.
When you mess up, don’t take the guilt and eat more crap. Look at yourself and think of all the positive things you’ve done the whole week then forgive yourself and promise to do better tomorrow.

I know the feeling. I try to avoid going out to eat.
