Another issue is that it becomes a cycle of using different and increasingly stronger pills until you really do yourself damage. If you’re starting with these things at 13 where will you be at 18?
Another point is that about 10% of all supplements and diet aids on the market work. All of those only work when in conjunction with a controlled diet and exercise program.
You’re 13. Get into the habit now of eating right and exercising. It will help you in many ways and when you’re 18 you’ll be healthy and happy with your weight.
