P90x Results Question?

I am in the Recovery week for Phase 2 and I haven’t seen much results. I don’t have any of the recovery drinks but I eat a decent amount of food. I sorta cheated on parts of the diet only because I didn’t know what to eat for Phase 1 and Phase 2. I still don’t know. I haven’t really seen results only a couple inches here and there but nothing big. This is the first round. What I have been doing to skipping Yoga X because I have Yoga classes already and I just didn’t see the point in going to Yoga for an hour only to come home and do it for another hour or so. For the recovery week I didn’t really do much. Sometimes I would skip a few days of it like the Yoga X and once in a while the Core Synergistics and Kenpo X. I’m doing Classic and I’m not seeing massive results. i know that I’m not going to get OMG results because there were a few things that I did wrong but I’m willing to fix that in Round 2 but I want to ask Will I get atleast decent results at the end? I’m 5′0″ 121lbs and I have 26% body fat. Is there anything I can fix in Round 2? I know I screwed up round 1 but is there any advice for things for Round 2? I really want to get lean and I have decent muscles because I take weight training. Please don’t give me links to other sites or things like Acai berries or crazy fad diets or anything. I want serious answers please from people who have done P90x, are doing P90x, or have graduated from P90x. Please give me advice. I usually find the diet thing hard because I don’t know what we are suppose to eat for what and I live with my parents so I can’t just go to the store and buy anything I want to eat.

Your best bet is to stop doing p90x and get one of the many routines out there that are exponentially better, and also free. For example, this one gets thrown out quite a lot, and is much more efficient than p90x in terms of getting results. I’m actually in the exact same boat. I’m starting recovery week 2. I see a lot of muscle gain, but not much weight loss (I’m 17% bodt fat). I was told you need to increase calories to use p90x because of how intense it is. I increased too much. Diet is 80% of the workout though so you need to stay on it. I’m getting back on it too.
I think it’s ok to skip Yoga X if you already have a yoga class. Tony’s yoga is TOUGH though. Core Synergistics is very important during recovery week. This will prevent you from loosing muscle.
You won’t get the results you could have gotten, but it aint over yet. Clean up your diet and try to stay dilligent on the workouts. I’m going to do Doubles for the last month so I can loose more fat. Make sure you’re on the fat shredder phase.
