Stupid Diet Problems!?

I am on a diet, and I am losing so much weight in my arms and shoulder area. and everyone is noticing. I am afraid I look anorexic. I would stop dieting, but i still have lots of belly fat and love handles. I dont know what to do besides crunches. It is almost bikini season, and I want to look good all around instead of bony and disgusting arms, with a fatty waist… help?? Can someone give me a good exercise and diet plan to lose weight in the right places without looking gross or using a pill or acai berry???

Add cardio and strength training. Get some hand weights or resistance tube.
Strength training increases muscle size, making you sculpted and making it easier to maintain your weight.
Here is a basic program 10-20 of each
Pushups
Rear delt fly (leaning on your lap while sitting, lift your arms out to the side holding light/medium hand weights)
Dips – sit on edge of chair, hands on either side of hips, lower yourself down in front of the chair, push with arms to come back up.
shoulder press – lift weights straight over head and back down
Squats
Crunches
Back extensions
also, do 20-30 minutes of cardio (running, skipping, cycling, swimming etc) and stretch after every workout.

You can do crunches until the cows come home; it won’t make your stomach any smaller.
It sounds like your definition of “dieting” is really just starvation. If you are eating a healthy, well-balanced diet, you wouldn’t look anorexic or gross. It also sounds like you aren’t doing any kind of exercise.
The solution is pretty simple: eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and exercise. You need to eat to fuel your body, and your diet should consist mostly of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and a little lean meat/dairy. Avoid anything else or eat it in small amounts. For exercise, aim for 30-60 minutes of exercise 4-6 times per week. Your exercise should consist of strength training (full body) and cardio. This is the only proven method to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.

You definitely should not starve yourself while on a diet because you will only be slowing down your metabolism. You need to eat at least 1200 calories per day.I’ve been on this diet now and I have lost 13 pounds in less than a month. Basically I have been following The Biggest Loser Diet and it has been amazing. I have realized that now I can eat more [quantity wise] of healthy foods than I could of processed, junkie foods. Now I am almost never as hungry as I once was. First, I started cutting out all sodas, sugary soft drinks, and juices and instead I started drinking anywhere between 64-80 ounces of water each and every day. Drinking your water ice cold helps you to not give in to your cravings. Instead of snacking on junk foods try snacking on fruits and vegetables. Fruits can take the place of sweets that you would have been craving before. You should also make sure to watch your portion size because you could be eating the right foods but just too much of it. A great weigh to burn calories quick and get in shape is to do some sort of cardio activity for at least 30 minutes everyday. Personally I would recommend 45 minutes to 1 hour of cardio per day. Another great way to lose weight that will also help you tone up is to start a strength training program. Essentially you should be following through with your strength training program 3-4 days per week.
Here’s an example of what I eat every day;
Breakfast: 1 cup of cream of wheat [you can spice it up with bananas, fruits, spices, etc.]
Snack: 1 cup of grapes
Lunch: Half of a ham/turkey [protein] sandwich on whole-wheat bread
Carrots with a tiny bit of ranch dressing to dip it in.
1 cup Cantaloupe
Snack: ½ cup cottage cheese with mandarin oranges
Dinner: Chicken fajitas on Whole-Wheat tortillas
Dessert: Low-calorie ice-cream bars such as the “Skinny Cow” brand ice cream bars.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Thanks for your post. I guess cars are just like everything else you cant live with them and you cant live with out them. Seems like they could figure out how to make repairs. insurance and ever thing else cheaper. In any case I could ramble on but looks like I’ve found another site to spend my time reading.
