Suggestions For A Diet Pill That Works? No Shaky Side Effects!?

I don’t want to hear that Diet Pills don’t work. Because they do by helping to curb your appetite, it’s all about finding the right one. I don’t want to take them indefinitely, just for a while so that I can reach my goal weight. Once I have achieved that, it will be easier for me to sustain my weight. I just need a jump start. I’ve tried Acai Berry, they worked for about a week by making you poop a whole bunch, then nothing. Also, after I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry, they charged me $90 and it was nearly impossible to cancel. Scam. I just need something to curb my appetite and help me shed off some weight. I’m 25 years old, I’m 5′4 inch’s and weigh 155lbs. I’d like to get down to 130.

I know that you don’t want to hear that diet pills don’t work, but it’s the truth. Its been proven. Diet pills are crap. If you want to lose weight, get a good meal plan and a good exercise program. There is no magic pill that takes fat away.

I dont really beleive diet pills but i tried one that was a suggestion from my cousin. Its called ALLI. It doesnt take the hunger out but if you eat more then you should all the fat grease comes out. you can actually see the grease balls. If you actaully lose 5 lbs weight the healthy way with exercise and stuff, then with alli you lose like 7 or 8 pounds. I only tried it for a month, but i decided that i was skinny enough, so it was ok.

I”ve been on it for about 3 weeks and I have lost 11 lbs. No jittery or shakyness, just avoid caffeine.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Hoodia is a plant, and lots of companies make Hoodia diet pills. It totally zaps out your appetite but doesn’t make you shaky like other substances. I also like Chitosan, another substance found in nature. It used to be popular, but you can’t find it much in stores anymore like you can with Hoodia. Hoodia is everywhere. With Hoodia, it has been advised that people should buy the good (expensive) stuff to make sure you don’t get a placebo. (Although I thought the WalMart Hoodia did a good job! ^_^) Supposedly, there are a lot of crooked companies out there putting junk like weeds and cactus in the pills!!! Chitosan used to be really popular in the 1990’s. Anyways, people take chitosan before a fatty meal like pizza, and all the fat is absorbed onto the chitosan and sent out the pooper. You aren’t supposed to take it more than once a day. Anyways, you can have hamburger and fries, lasagna, and other stuff while still dieting! It works great. Here is where I bought it online.
