someone please help me i’m starting to feel depressed. Does anyone know if that acai berry, slimfast, slim quick or any of those lose weight things work. I recently stopped breastfeeding and am quickly gaining more weight. I do not have much time at all to exercise and have a 1 year old son. I am trying to get back to 130-135 lbs and i am currently 147. Can anyone give me ideas of what I can do besides exercise everyday. Can anyone share their experience with weight lose drinks, pills or shakes. What about green tea or any diets that work. Thank you in advance

If I:
- stop eating junk food, fried food, and snacks that are high in fat and calories
- start walking 45 min a day
- stop drinking high calorie fruit juices and soft drinks
- start eating vegetables and fruits
- start drinking 10 glasses of water a day
- hula hoop 10 min a day.
How much weight will I lose in about a week?
Don’t give me ideas to use pills or acai berry and don’t ask me to exercise, because I can’t. Also, don’t give me websites.
I want to lose about 20 lbs in a month if that is possible.
Feel free to give any other advice about dieting.

Lose 10 Pounds In Two Weeks?

Okay so i need to shed around 10 pounds. But it has to be done in these two weeks, so there is no time for purchasing special pills, products and such (acai berry included). I have started exercising for 45 minutes in the morning before i leave for school. Its nothing like going outside on a 3mile jog or anything but its dumbbell exercises and ABS with legs and jumping jacks and stairs. I said around 10 pounds because obviously i will be building muscle so my weight is kinda off. But i dance 4 days a week, (about 20 hours total) and its hard core, competitive dance. So do you think this will work, with some diet. I heard juice detoxes are good but PLEASE HELP!!!!
I’m 14, girl 5feet and 120 pounds and don’t care if I’m normal weight or not i have stomach flab I need to get rid of before swim suit! :) )) THANKS SOOOO MUCH!!!!


Need A Sure Fire Way To Lose Weight.?

I need to lose 25 lbs in approx 4-5 months. I know i should exercise, diet, drink a lot of water and eat lesser calories than i burn, blah blah blah. But the thing is this,
1) i don’t trust the calorie calculations because i don’t seem to lose any weight even when according to my calculations, i am eating 500 cals less.
2) I leave for work very early and reach home very late. (Hardly enough time for the daily household chores)
can someone just give me a meal plan or anything that worked for you (besides that acai berry thing)?
Just do all the math and tell me. I’m 5′1″ and weight 127 lbs. I eat approx 1150 cals a day with no exercise besides the household chores. and the 40 mins walk i get by parking my car away from work.

How Much Weight Could I Possible Lose In 3 Weeks?

I am on a diet and will continue even after these 3 weeks but I have a huge party to go to and I really really want to look good. I have already lost 5 pounds in a week in a half but barely working out. So if I add in cardio and weights and I am eating alot more healthy. I am 5′1, 150, I do plan on losing about 20 more pounds in total then maintaining it. So what advice could you offer me for losing as much weight as possible in 3 weeks please anything that helped you. Also none of that acai berry or total body cleanser things, I highly doubt it works.

I need to lose 15-25 pounds as soon as possible. I have 35 Days, which should be plenty, right? Right now I weigh 180 pounds, and I am 6′0 feet tall. Basically, I want to get a six pack by as soon as I can within my time frame. I would say I am slightly overweight, but I exercize a lot. I play football, and we work out every other day. I do have some abs, but they are not visible due to my slight fat layer. I can see abs kind of at the top of my stomach/ a couple inches below my rib cage.
Anyways, I am willing to go on a rigorous exercise routine, there is a trail within 5 minutes walking distance of my house, it is 2 miles each way, so there and back is 4 miles. I am planning on running 4 miles every day, but if I can’t keep up with that, then 4 miles every other day. And in the days between running I will most likely go to the beach, but definetly will work out with dumbels and ab workouts (crunches, leg lifts, etc).
So my workout would look a lot like this:
Monday: Run 4 Miles
Tuesday: Beach for a couple of hours, and working out.
Wednesday: Run 4 Miles
Thursday: Beach, then working out.
Etc. everday for 39 days (Those 39 days are excluding today)_So Do you guys think it is possible to lose 15-30 pounds in basically 39 days?
Also, I need to be on a good diet. What are some foods/ meals I should have and what should I exclude? (Obviously sugary drinks.)
What workouts should I do for my abs to tone them, and define my muscles? (Biceps, triceps, stomach, deltoids,quads, etc.)
Can you guys help me out? Any help would be greatly appreciated. And To the Spammer about to spam me saying to use acai berry’s, I am not interested and don’t bother waisting your time spamming this question.
BTW: Today was my first day, and 4 miles was not that tough!

i ate 4 biscuits and a grande carmal frapp. from startbucks, all this by 2:30PM….IF I DO GOOD, FRUITS TILL DINNER AND A VERY LIGHT DINNER, WILL IT EVEN OUT A LITTLE?

ok so im trying to lose 6-7 pounds…im 5′5 136-137 pounds and i want to be 130 even. an advice on what i could be doing? he is what i do at the gym
10 min step master
15 minute ellipital
30 minute treadmill walking at 3.8-4.0 speed on a incline that i rais by 1 every 3 minutes, so at 30 minutes im at 10 incline.
then i do free weights
another 5 min on step master
another 10 min on ellipital
jump rope for 5 minutes..
thats it give or take, i throw in a mixture of more cardio, about 15-20 minutes more.
as for diet i eat as health as possible, lots of fruit and meat, like trukey lunch meat, chicken, i eat veggies.
can i lose 6 pounds in 3 weeks and keep it off if i keep my doing what i do everyday?
any suggestions are helpful also

How The Heck Do I Lose Weight, Read Details.?

I currently weigh 195 lbs at 5′5. I eat about 1000-1500 calories a day and work out 1 every 2 days. I just started thos about a month ago and i havent lost any weight? I gained weight at around 2500 3000, but on a calculator it says i need 3500. I eat a healthy diet too, and i am not willing to spend any money on colon cleanse, or acai berry, or lipo. Please give me some info, i want to lose 20 lbs by 2 months from now. I am also not going to see a trainer either.
