THE ONE DAY DIET
For a day you will need the following ingredients:
1 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
1/2 raw onion
1 stick of celery
1/2 green pepper, remove seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Distilled water or mineral
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Season
to taste and add the distilled water until the required consistency
is achieved.
This should make 8 small glasses of liquid food.
One glass is to be consumed every two hours throughout the day.

Hi, have any one tried the Acai Berry diet? if so what was your results.?

I am 20 years old and DESPERATE to lose at least 20 lbs before school starts again in 2 months. I am going to try and do the elliptical everyday for 45 minutes and lift weights but I need more help b/c I still have trouble eating healthy

I decided to order the 2 free trials for the acai berry and the colon cleanse even though I have never taken any form of diet pill or done anything like this before

Oh and please no advertisements about acai berry or green tea or watev. I’ve seen that like twenty times already and its starting to get annoying. I dont want anything that involves pills.

Im doing low calorie diet + exercise but im struggling to shift the last stone, im wondering if these will help me along a little? Cheers

i need to loose about a stone and half in weight, ive crept from size 12 to 16 in a year. i cycle and have started swimming, my diet is normal, not strict. i wonder if any of these so called wonder pills actually work?
