What Is The Best Exercise Machine To Flatten My Stomach?

Christmas is coming and I was thinking about asking for an exercise machine. I want one that will flatten my stomach, so which one do you think is the best to accomplish this goal? Also, how long and how often would I have to work out on this to get a flat stomach (doesn’t matter how long it takes, just not a crazy long time like a year, maybe like 3-6 months?) I will also be taking on a healthier diet and hopefully lifting weights. Also, my parents are on a budget, so it can not be crazy expensive. Thanks in advance.

What Success Do You Think I Shall Have?

Im going on cabbage soup diet (anyone have a good recipe?) for a wek and then switching to phase 1 of Atkins. I have little time to exercise but are on my feet moving a fair bit during the day. Any idea how many kg’s I could lose If i stick to it strictly. Do you eat anything else on the cabbage soup diet or just the soup receipe.

What Is Wrong With Me? I’m Not Losing Any Weight! Help!?

I have been working out for about a month very diligently and have cut my calories down to between 1200 and 1500 a day. I work out about 5 times a week for between an hour to 1.5 hours. I do mostly cardio like the elliptical, biking, and sometimes the treadmill. I also do workouts on the rowing machine and the stair master. I also do some weight training like with 5 pound weights to tone my arms and such.
I have been eating pretty good food (a thousand times better than I did before). I eat whole grains, fruit, protein, and more vegetables than I ever have (I should probably eat more but I still eat a good amount compared to what I used to eat). I rarely have anything with sugar and if I do I make sure they are low in saturated and trans fats and that they fit into my calorie allowance.
I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day too. I also walk across my huge campus every day, so its not like I sit around all day either.
I haven’t seen the scale move at all. I lost one pound but now its back, plus one more. I don’t see any difference in my body (I know its early but still)
Am I doing something wrong? I’m about 20 to 30 lbs overweight. I’m 5′ 8″ and 175 lbs. I don’t know why the weight is coming off.
Please Help! I just want to be healthy and fit and nothing I do seems to work! I also do not want to take an diet pills or acai berries. I just want to do it naturally. Thanks
I also was tested for both a thyroid disease and diabetes so its not those either.

What Should I Do To Lose Weight?

I’m currently 220ish pounds and I wanted to lose at least 40 pounds in the matter of 6 months. I’m only 14 so I can’t my “Acai Berry” and such. I also am not a exercising person. My school schedule changes alot so this week I have P.E twice and next week also. Next year furlough Fridays end and I can have P.E up to 3 times every other week. I’d rather diet.

Okay…which is a better workout?
jogging or the elliptical??
i go on the elliptical all the time but i really dont feal a difference
so should i run??
im eating healthy so dont tell me to make sure im not eating badly because im not…
also i would like to build lots of muscle. should i wait to weight after i lose the weight or should i incorporate weight training with my workout?
also please dont tell me to use diet pills or acai berry stuff because im only 14.
also, do you have any tips on losing weight?

What To Do To Loose Weight?

I went from being 17 and perky to 19 and feeling like I’m 40-something. I know a huge part of loosing weight is working out, but what can I do to boost my metabolism? Burn fat quicker… there is no “magic pill” but I know there are legit products that aid in weight loss. Also, I want to get rid of back fat — the worst thing ever are guts and back fat! What will get rid of that, what exercises?
And to those of you who post “Magic diets with Acai Berry” and the like… don’t bother no one clicks the links nor do they buy your crappy products. You’ll just get reported. -.-
