When Will I Start To See Results?

I have started to exercise my whole body daily, and I am beginning to keep a very healthy diet. When will I start to see the results? Also do you have any tips for losing inches around the tummy area faster? please don’t give stuff like the Acai Berry or whatever. i want to be able to do this with things that are accessible to me now. thank you!

you will start seeing results with 2 weeks to a month, thats if you are serious about losing weight and stick to your diet. also, do cruches or sit ups and different stretches. those are good to lose weight around your tummy area. start eating healthy food. salad is a delicious healthy snack …. natural fruit drinks are good as well.

Eat Clean, and exercise 5 timesweek, you should start to see some results after about 3weeks. (although 6 weeks is the rule of thumb)
(eating clean, involves eating unprocessed, raw foods. Just remember, if it appears in nature it that form, you can eat it) Good Luck!

thts guud to hear!…you wil lsee result in bout 2-3weeks…and your skin will become more refreshinn’ and u’l also higher your endurance level :) .
well to loost tummy inches lie down on your stomach, keep your toes on the mat((floor)) and your heels i nthe air and rest your whole body on your arms and toes….from your first((hands)) to your elbow…and keep this posture for bout 2-3mins and then as it gets easier increase the time and you’ll see quick results !!

jumping jacks (star jumps as some people call them) and side twists tend to have the fastest and most noticeable effect upon the mid-section, they will get rid of any love handles you may have and if you do enough are immediately noticeable in terms of the mirror and inches.

1)I don’t know of many people who can exercise their whole body everyday,you need rest as well
2)define healthy,do you mean low fat/low calorie?carbs are the enemy not fat
